Refund Policy for Serene Nail Club

1. Introduction

At Serene Nail Club, we are dedicated to providing exceptional nail care and beauty services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services and products. By using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Service Refunds

Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with a service you received, please notify us before you leave the salon. We will make every effort to address your concerns immediately. If a resolution cannot be reached, we may offer a complimentary service of equal value or issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Service Not Rendered: If we are unable to provide a scheduled service due to our error or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.

3. Product Refunds

Eligibility: Products purchased at Serene Nail Club are eligible for a refund if they are returned unused, in their original packaging, and with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as opened nail products, tools, gift cards, and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4. Packages and Memberships

Packages: Refunds for pre-paid nail service packages will be prorated based on the number of used services and any applicable discounts.

Memberships: Membership fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in cases of medical conditions or relocation, at management’s discretion.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards may be transferred to another person or used for services and products at Serene Nail Club.

6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Card on File: While we do not require deposits, a valid credit or debit card is required to reserve appointments.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

Package holders with a late cancellation will count as one service redeemed. If their package is used by someone else, they are subject to the same policy.

No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Package holders with a no-show will count as one service redeemed. If their package is used by someone else, they are subject to the same policy.
